We have established an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Terms of Service (TOS) to restrict users' services and also to guarantee the quality of our services.
1. At present, we accept Alipay and WeChat payment methods.
2. We do not provide refunds, payment means you have agreed that the service is non-refundable.
3. Please do not discuss or share affiliate links about Amytelecom on media services such as communities and websites in mainland China. In such cases, we have the right to terminate your service.
4. All of our Services (Nodes/Traffic) are not a hard guarantee and may change at any time.
5. According to the principle of fair use, we hope that every user can use the services we provide normally, fairly and reasonably. We prohibit you from abusing our services, and the following content (including but not limited to) may be directly suspended account:
(1) Fraud through our service
(2) P2P and BT traffic such as BitTorrent
(3) Port scanning
(4) Long-term occupation of network resources
(5) Spam emails
(6) Contents that violate the local laws of the operator
(7) Long-term use of resources beyond a reasonable range on any shared resource service to affect the use of other users
(8) All services of Amytelecom are limited to personal use. In the case of sharing by multiple people, the service will be deleted directly and no refund will be made once investigated.

6. Regarding our Acceptance of Use Policy (AUP) and Terms of Service (TOS), we may modify these contents at any time to modify partnership laws and changes to our services. When you browse these terms, we will mark the content and time of the revised terms on this page. Once we modify the content of the terms, it will take effect immediately. If you do not agree to these changes, you should stop using our services after the service expires. However, when the service becomes effective, we still need to comply with our Acceptance of Use Policy (AUP) and Terms of Service (TOS).
We maintain the right to terminate the service at any time for any reason or no reason.
